Rob is an expert in strategic planning, negotiations, innovative cost improvement and problem solving. He is an excellent communicator with the ability to cascade clear actionable plans for your organization to drive measurable improvement in cost, quality and efficiency.

Rob possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating Magna cum Laude. He is a graduate of both the Toyota Leadership Academy and Toyota Management Foundation. He is certified in both Lean and TPS (Toyota Production System), and has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. Rob is able to speak Japanese at a working level.
